Therapy that starts with what you want to do
Occupational therapy is about the everyday things. Getting showered and dressed, cooking a meal, moving safely around your home, getting back to work or out into your community.
When something makes those things harder, an occupational therapist works with you to find a way through. We take time to understand how you live, what's getting in the way and what you'd like to change.
Then we work on it together, with practical advice, equipment, changes around the home or therapy that builds your skills and confidence.
